The Fittafeet orthotic is designed to offer immediate support to the foot while allowing the first ray to plantarflex. 4 degree rearfoot posting reduces pronatory moments, while the shell is cut narrow beneath the first ray to aid unrestricted hallux dorsiflexion. The appliance is prevented from moving in the shoe via a full width top cover. Plantar bulk is kept to a minimum.
