Customisable Orthotic Shells

TFOL 724 is a 1.3mm 3/4 Semi Rigid Orthotic Material with a 12 mm heel cup. This support is completely heat mouldable and reheat formable, whether fitting directly to the foot or a positive cast. The thin profile allows it to fit in any shoe while leaving room for accommodative adjustments as well as the addition of top covers or posting. Immediate manufacture to a patients foot can be obtained from the impression cushion or former. Rearfoot posts and forefoot modifications can be added with a minimum of fuss and a small amount of training.

TFOL 722 is a 3/4 Rigid Orthotic Material with an intrinsic slight met dome. This product is completely heat mouldable and reheat formable. At 1.4 mm it can be formed to fit comfortably in any dress shoe including 'high heels' while maintaining its rigidity for excellent control. Immediate manufacture to a patients foot can be obtained from the impression cushion or former. Rearfoot posts and forefoot modifications can be added with a minimum of fuss and a small amount of training.

The Accomothotics

Designed to replace the liner of your shoe, with a small amount of skill this orthotic can be modified to include rearfoot posting, arch support and forefoot pressure distribution pads. There is ample material to grind to permit intrinsic modification, and the appliance can be heated to aid fit if required.
